1General Terms & Conditions

5qq (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an internationally licensed online gaming and betting platform built specifically for users in Bangladesh. Our website 5qq.vin and the associated mobile application, you agree to all of the Terms & Conditions set out below.

These Terms & Conditions are available in both Bengali and English. In the event of any conflict, the English version shall prevail. However, we always strive to keep the Bengali translation accurate and clear.

5qq reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be informed via email or platform notice. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2Account Registration & Verification

To open an account with 5qq, you must provide accurate and complete information. 5qq reserves the right to close any account created using false information, at any time.

Information required for registration:

• Full Name — As per your National ID or passport
• Date of Birth — Required for age verification
• Email Address — An active and personal email address
• Mobile Number — Bangladeshi number (may be linked to Mobile Banking/Nagad)
• Password — At least 8 characters, including numbers and special symbols

KYC Verification:

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required to withdraw above a certain amount or to access full account functionality. This may involve submitting a copy of your national ID, passport, or driving licence.

Each individual may only register one account. If the same person creates multiple accounts, both accounts will be closed and any bonuses held within them will be forfeited.

3Eligibility & Age Requirements

The following eligibility requirements must be met to use 5qq:

• You must be at least 18 Years Must be
• You must reside in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not legally prohibited
• You are operating the account in your own name and for your own benefit — not on behalf of anyone else
• You are not an employee of 5qq or a member of their immediate family
• You have not enrolled in any self-exclusion program

4Bonus & Promotions Terms

5qq offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own specific terms, which are clearly stated on the offer page. General bonus terms are outlined below:

Important bonus terms:

• A deposit must be confirmed before claiming a bonus; if you do not claim the bonus after depositing, it will be considered void.
• Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been met.
• For Sports Betting bonuses, only wagers placed at minimum odds of 1.75 or higher will count toward wagering requirements.
• A player may not claim more than one welcome bonus at the same time.
• 5qq reserves the right to void bonuses where abuse is suspected.

5Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

5qq supports the most popular payment methods in Bangladesh and processes transactions as quickly as possible.

Deposit:

• Minimum deposit: BDT 500
• Maximum single deposit: BDT 1,00,000
• Supported methods: Mobile Banking, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer, cryptocurrency
• Deposits are generally instant — some methods may take up to 15 minutes
• 5qq does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: BDT 500
• Maximum daily withdrawal: BDT 5,00,000
• Processing time: 15–30 minutes (for verified accounts)
• Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the original deposit
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal

6Gaming Rules & Code of Conduct

All game outcomes on 5qq are determined by a certified RNG (Random Number Generator) system, which is regularly verified through third-party audits, making any form of manipulation impossible.

• Players must participate in games fairly and honestly
• The use of any software, bots, or automation tools is strictly prohibited
• Colluding with other players to gain a betting advantage is strictly prohibited
• Inappropriate behaviour toward dealers in Live Casino games is not permitted
• Match fixing and the use of insider information in Sports Betting are strictly prohibited
• Deliberately exploiting any bug or glitch in the gaming software is strictly prohibited — if you discover such an issue, report it to support immediately

If a game is interrupted or a technical error occurs, 5qq will decide whether to resume the game or refund the stake. 5qq reserves the right to void any winnings incorrectly displayed due to a system error.

7Prohibited Activities & Fraud

Accounts found to be involved in any of the activities listed below will be suspended immediately and all balances may be forfeited:

• Money laundering: Attempting to deposit or withdraw funds obtained from illegal sources
• Multiple Accounts: Operating multiple accounts under the same name or from the same device or network
• Identity fraud: Creating or operating an account using another person's identity
• Chargeback fraud: Filing a false dispute with the payment provider after a deposit has been made
• Bonus abuse: Using multiple accounts or providing false information to obtain bonuses
• Hacking Attempts: Any attempt to breach the platform's security

8Account Suspension & Closure Policy

5qq may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a terms violation
• In the event of KYC verification failure
• If you suspect a fraudulent or suspicious transaction
• Upon a player's own self-exclusion request
• By court order or direction of a regulatory authority

If an account is closed and no breach of terms is established, the remaining balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned in accordance with the applicable rules. If you wish to contest any decision, please contact our support team.

9Responsible Gaming

5qq takes responsible gaming seriously. We believe gaming is for entertainment — not a solution to financial problems. To support this, we offer the following tools:

• Spending limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit and wagering limits

11Dispute Resolution

For any dispute or complaint, please contact our support team in the first instance. We aim to respond to all complaints within 48 hours.

• If the issue cannot be resolved through support, a formal complaint may be filed
• Formal complaints will be resolved within 7–14 business days
• You may escalate to the licensing authority for a final resolution
• The laws of 5qq's licensing jurisdiction shall govern the interpretation and enforcement of this agreement

12Changes to Terms & Enforceability

5qq reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified by email or platform notice at least 7 days in advance.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. A delay or failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of that right.
